Unified Simulation is an Integrated
Simulation Environment (ISE) that, at one end interfaces to your existing
debugger IDE, and at the other chooses between Endeavor component simulators based
on a particular engineer's needs.
Major model components include Precyse—cycle-accurate models that typically run at 400,000
instructions per second or more, Velociss—timing accurate models that
run at 50 MIPS or more, and CoOperate—a tool that provides
co-simulation synchronization and communication for Precyse, Velociss,
or your own 3rd party instruction set simulator.
The components can be licensed as a
Unified Simulation package, or separately to fit within your own
development environment. Our IPSim simulation kernel (upon which Precyse
models are built) can also be licensed for those that want to develop
their own cycle-accurate models, but see the value of starting from an
established base with existing class libraries to simplify the job.
